and when it is needed like
  1. or by user on a daily, weekly, monthly, and or quarterly basis.
  • The Grantee will determine the availability of the information based on their current settings in NetSuite and existing business processes.  If they are not available, simple customization maybe required.
    • The NetSuite team will help the Grantee providing best practices about how to bring that information when possible into the Dashboard.
  • Both Teams will review and customize the Roles for each group like “Sales” to add “publish dashboards” permission.  This can use by Annette to standardize the dashboards for each department or group.
  • The NetSuite team will provide best practice in publishing dashboard to the grantee.
  • COMPLETION:

    Implement a custom Dashboard for each Group
    1. 2.    Finalize what will be the content of each user’s or group’s Dashboard
    2. 3.    Set prioritization among the requirements.  Which are required and nice to have

     

    Use a spreadsheet to list all this by user or by group.
