Recommended Course: NetSuite Essentials

NetSuite Essentials is a 5-day course that provides a general introduction to what our system can do.  It has a for-profit focus, but the terminology and concepts covered may help familiarize you with the information presented in our Self-Implementation Guide.

Recommended reading if you're new to fund accounting:

If you haven't yet worked with a multidimensional accounting system, you may want to read up on fund accounting.  We find this to be a good reference - it's written about Quickbooks, but the general concepts apply across all fund accounting systems: Running QuickBooks in Nonprofits: 2nd Edition: The Only Comprehensive Guide for Nonprofits Using QuickBooks, by Kathy Ivens
