For technical support, create a case on SuiteAnswers. For questions on Nonprofit-specific use of the system, thoughts on how we might improve our program, escalations, new modules, user licenses or professional service, contact your Account Manager. Your Account Manager will also check in with you several times a year to get your input and ensure that you are getting what you need out of our product and grant services. |
