• Request: Solar Site Design is looking to expand their team and need someone to assess their business processes in more detail and help them identify which areas to improve.
• Expectation: Volunteer would need to review their workflow and provide a better understanding of how they can improve their process to be more efficient. They would also like to understand more of creating workflow automation and e-newletters if this will also improve their current process.
