May 15, 2014

• Conducted the Kick-off Meeting with Danielle Goodsell.
• Received project scope from Danielle.
• Escalated concerns with the project scope (General Coaching - Newbie or Simple Implementation) to Suite.Org 

May 16, 2014

• Decision for the scope was given to the team and the team decided to proceed with Simple Implementation instead of General Coaching. 

May 19, 2014

• Informed Danielle of the decision that Simple Implementation will be done but will only cover Phase 1 of her Project Scope and she can apply for another grant to cover Phase 2.

May 21, 2014

• Called Danielle to inform her of the plan since I was on SL yesterday and did not manage to setup a meeting today. Informed here that the team plans to send her a workbook which will be the basis of the configuration sessions.
• Sent the workbook to Danielle and informed me that she will try to send it back on Friday May 23, 2014.
• Target configuration proper is the following week either Tuesday or Wednesday.
