In Scope:

Provide a training session on how to customize a saved report and saved searches.
Assistance in the creation of at least two or three custom payroll saved reports or saved search reports that will provide better reporting for Bay Area Video Coalition.
To conduct weekly meetings, if needed, to demonstrate and discuss the created custom saved reports or saved search reports.

The project is complete when volunteers have delivered a training session on how to customize a saved report and saved searches and able to provide assistance in creating at least two or three payroll saved reports or saved search reports that will provide better reporting for BAVC’s upper management.
