Grantee uses the NetSuite CRM to track patient information using both native functionality and custom records. They would like to review business processes like patient registration and others to optimize them.
Volunteer will review the current implementation and the grantees business goals. Based on the grantee's priorities, they will recommend adjustments to core business processes.
