Dashboard Setup. Have you ever wished you had the most important information about your operations and social impact at your fingertips in one place and updated in real time? Volunteer will help a grantee develop and organizational dashboard tracking key operational and social impact metrics. The volunteer will help the grantee determine which information is critical to managing their organization & their mission on a day-to-day basis. They help determine where the data underlying the indicator is currently collected. They determine if they data can be displayed in NetSuite dashboards. They then help the grantee develop the dashboard and distribute the information to relevant stakeholders. (Education Services)

Email Blast. Want to send targeted email communications to specific constituents? Volunteer will help the grantee develop and send one email blast using their instance of NetSuite. The volunteer will help the grantee determine the goals, audience, call to action & content for the email blast. They will help the grantee develop a saved search to target the audience for the email blast. They will help the grantee determine how to track the results of the email blast. The volunteer will help prepare the email templates, campaign records & reporting to track the results of the email blast. The volunteer will help the grantee send the email blast. (Marketing)

Organizational or Program Budget. Want to plan your finances and make sure your organization can stick to the plan? Volunteer will help the grantee develop one organizational or program budget. The volunteer will help the grantee identify the priorities to be represented by the budget. They will help the grantee enter the budget into NetSuite. They will help the grantee measure the budget vs. actuals throughout the budget period. (Finance)

ENewsletter (grantee provided HTML). Want to send a regular email newsletter out to your constituents? Volunteer will help the grantee develop a eNewsletter strategy and help the grantee send out their first eNewsletter. The volunteer will help the grantee determine the goals, audience, call to action & content for the eNewsletter. They will help the grantee determine how to track the results of the eNewsletter. The volunteer will help prepare the email templates, campaign records & reporting to track the results of the email blast. The volunteer will help the grantee send the email blast. (Marketing)

Improving Business Process via Lists. Want to keep tracks of lists of things important to your operations or social impact? Volunteer will help the grantee develop saved searches to display lists of any data stored in NetSuite (donations, pledges, grants, etc.). They will help configure the saved search to display data important to the grantees business goals. (Education Services)

Financial Controls. Do you need to implement proper financial controls in your organization? Volunteer will help the grantee develop a baseline set of financial controls. They will help configure NetSuite to help manage and monitor those controls. (Finance)

Volunteer will help the grantee configure the system, set up the chart of accounts, load an initial constituent list (as long as it is fully contained in a single spreadsheet) and get you started with the system. Volunteer will help you evaluate the process, determine if there are more efficient ways to accomplish your goal and apply SuiteScript or SuiteFlow to the process to reduce time, complexity and errors. Customization & Scripting. Do you need to customize NetSuite to handle a unique requirement? Volunteer will discuss your business need, determine if customization might be able to address that need and implement the customization IF the time required for implementation is within the time allocated for the SuiteVolunteer project.  (Professional Services)
