Grantee is just starting with NetSuite and seeks to put data currently housed in spreadsheets into NetSuite.
Volunteer will review spreadsheet data, identify data that can go into NetSuite, provide guidance on importing the data into NetSuite and support the grantee with reporting on the data once in NetSuite.

Primary Contact NetSuite Experience | We were just granted the NetSuite donation and I have zero experience with the product. The guides on the system are great at telling me where to go, what to do, what things does but I'm afraid I'm lost on structuring a logical flow of information given the various operational units and projects. I wouldn't want to set things up and have the team start populating the system with data only to find that the information for tracking can't be culled because I set it up wrong. | |||

P1 Project Need | Right now all our data are in spreadsheets making analytics difficult to manage, plus given the 10 years of operation the data is disparate with some data (contact information) no longer updated. | |||
P1 Challenge to Overcome | The team has very limited experience with systems like this. Main challenge is setting it up so that the information we need is easily culled once the team starts using the system. | |||
P1 Run Better | This will help us better track our partnerships and progress with individuals and institutions as well as push for continuing impact for those who are no longer active. | |||
P1 Expected Outcomes | Set up NetSuite to be able to track the relationship with partner institutions and individuals- what programs they have availed and the feedback as well as guide us on when to prompt them for the next action | |||
