Discussion items
Colayco Foundation's Guita and Rolf mentioned that:
- They got access to NetSuite around November or December
- They had not had access to NetSuite Essentials training
- They are looking to use NetSuite to manage their CRM processes—ie lead generation, conversion, stakeholder management and communications, etc
- They currently have:
- 400 partner organizations in your database
- 400,000-500,000 individuals
- They are tracking all of these using Excel
- They want to track this in NetSuite, along with other data such as program signups and activities of your “customers”, their financial savings history, etc
- They are NOT yet looking at NetSuite to manage their accounting/financials
.Action items
- Action items for us:
- We will look at whether Colayco can get access to NetSuite Essentials training as part of their grant
- We will provide Colayco a checklist or guide to help both of us better understand in detail what they need from a CRM system
- We will provide a guide for them on how to add a user (so we can help configure your account)
- We will schedule follow up meeting
- Action items for Colayco Foundation:
- They will provide us sample forms and spreadsheets so that we can get a better idea of the data they want to capture in your CRM system
- Once they have instructions on how to add users, they will add us as temporary users to their account (to be removed after end of the project)
- Once they have the checklist from us, they will look at our checklist and answer them best as they can so we can craft a project plan around it
