  • For each task- try identify who will take the lead on that task, and when it will be completed

Define what is out of Scope:

• Describe things that will not happen or be included (especially any items that the grantee mentioned that you know you cannot deliver)
  • Data migration from Salesforce/Unsightly
  • Metrics outside of NetSuite (potential for scripting/workflow)
    • # of pets in database
    • % microchips registered
    • % lost pets who make it home

Grantee has a specific set of metrics they would like to display on their dashboards. 

Volunteer will review the dashboard metrics, identify and recommend how metrics and be displayed and support the implementation of the dashboards.
