GENERAL STATUS AS OF MARCH 7, 2014

  • We met the customer and had a kick off on  February 14, 2014
  • Agreed on scope and next steps
    • Customer requires help with the Intercompany transactions configuration and their current subsidiary structure.
    • Since they are in Live account and would like to review results, I have requested a demo account for Internal use
    • NS team will use the demo account to configure the solution and present results to the customer
  • Sent communication to the customer to indicate progress on  February 24, 2014 
    • No response was received
    • NS team had challenges to regroup due previous engagements
  • NS team met on March 4, 2014, review the solution and assign tasks 
  • Sent communication to the customer to indicate progress and schedule the presentation/demo on March 6, 2014
    • No response was received as of yet
  • Sent meeting invite to the customer to attend the solution presentation on March 14, 2014
    • Hoping to receive a positive response

 

 

Timelines - communicated to the customer

-          Week of March 3 (current week) à Fixing issue in demo account, distribute activities and initiate configuration

-          Week of March 10 (next week) à Internal test of the solution – Presenting results to Envirofit by Friday March 14

-          Week of March 17  - Final discussion and solution acceptance from Envirofit

-          Week of March 24 – Support assistance / Live account configuration

-          March 31st - Sign off

Grantee seeks advice on their existing OneWorld set up. They have specific issues related to proper currency configuration of subsidiaries and intercompany transfers.  

Volunteer will review the grantee's challenges, provide advice and recommendations and support implementing recommendations as time allows.
