• Request: Planned Parenthood is looking to improve their approval process and needs someone to assess their business processes in more detail and help them identify which areas to improve.
• Expectation: Volunteers will need to review grantee’s approval process and provide an overview of how they can improve their process to be more efficient. Grantee would also like to better understand how to create workflow automation (if this will also improve their current process).
