Update 

ü    Alex to finish the import template for both Company and Individual type of Vendor.

ü    Alex to have the Trial Balance ready for entry to the system within the week.

 

Customer         

           1. Customer Categories - to organize the customer records for reporting, searches and marketing efforts.

                           a. Setup > Accounting > Accounting Lists, select Customer Category

           2. Customer Record

                           a. Lists > Relationships > Customer

                           b. Two types of Customer:

                                     Company

                                     Individual

                           c. Best practice: When entering an address, make sure that you define a Label for it.

                           d. Check Override check box to allow changing of address when entering a transaction for that customer.

           3. Import Template:

                          a. Best practice is to import separately the Company and Individual type of customer.

                          b. Managed to import customer record.

  • Alex to finish the import template for both customer.
  • Ailene to confirm with Abigael regarding the hosting of the web site of Homeocare Laboratories
