- Customizing Roles
- Access the Roles Page
- Click Customize link beside the Standard Role
- Rename the Name of the Role (Homeocare <role name>)
- Control permissions:
- Transactions Tab
- Reports tab
- Lists tab
- Custom record tab
- Update level of permissions:
- Delete permissions not necessary (Remove button)
- Inactivating Standard Roles
- Check on Inactive Check box lower left section of the Roles List
- Check All the Standard Roles that should be inactivated
- Click Submit

- Just a simple record (Grant access check box should be disabled)

- User Account (Grant access check box should be enabled)

- Password (User Account)
- Confirm Password (User Account)

- Created Custom fields for the selection of Multiple Departments per User

- Name: Homeocare Department List
- Values:

- Entity Fields
- Path: Customization > Lists, Records > Entity Fields > New
- Fields:
- Name: Homeocare Department
- Type: Multiple Select
- List Record: Homeocare Department Lists
- Enable the following features for Employee tagging (Homeocare still needs to confirm if this will be used)

- Creation of new account
- Path: Lists > Accounting > Accounts > New
- Inactivating accounts
- Check on Inactive Check box lower left section of the Accounts List
- Check All the Accounts that should be inactivated
- Click Submit
