  1. Confirmed that BAVC had a great training session with Russell and able to understand the difference between a saved report and a saved search.
  2. Matt provided the following updates about the first reporting requirement of BAVC:
    -Set the expectation of BAVC that their reporting requirements cannot be done entirely in NetSuite.
    -Matt is currently working on lessening the amount of work they need to do outside of NetSuite.
    -He considers the use of at least two saved searches that they can use and combined the results together in Excel.
    -Another update will be provided by Matt via email sometime next week.
  3. Vicki needs help on how to delete saved searches.
    -Mark set up a meeting with BAVC to review the saved search feature on September 5, 2014 at 9:30am Pacific.
  4. An update will be provided as well with regard to the second reporting requirement of BAVC next week.
