WHEN DO I NEED TRAINING?

  • The people that secured the NetSuite.org grant and originally implemented the software leave the organization
  • New staff members start using the software
  • You expand your use of the software into new areas
  • You are struggling to take advantage of the flexibility of the NetSuite platform (customer fields, saved searches, dashboards, reporting, workflow, custom forms, etc.)

NETSUITE.ORG COMMUNITY

  • We encourage grantees to share information with one another through the Google group.
  • We also convene grantees doing similar things on conference calls for them to share experiences and develop common approaches to addressing challenges.

WHAT IF I STILL NEED HELP?

  • Grantees can purchase professional services directly from NetSuite (generally starting around $15K) – just contact your account manager for a quote.
  • NetSuite.org also maintains relationships with partners that can also deliver professional services.

 



NetSuite is powerful software that can help you run your organization more effectively and efficiently. Keeping staff trained on the software is a critical element of being successful with your NetSuite.org product donation.

Option 1: Paid NetSuite Training

You discount rate applies to all NetSuite training courses, lowering the cost of training significantly. Courses are generally virtual, instructor-led classes delivering the optimal training experience at the lowest possible price point.

Option 2: NetSuite.org Resources

In additional to discounts on NetSuite training, we provide additional resources for NetSuite.org grantees.

  • NetSuite for Dummies. Grantees can access a free copy of NetSuite for Dummies at http://www.box.net/netsuiteorg. You can get the password to access the book from your account manager.
  • giving@netsuite.com. Grantees can always send us a note if they need some advice.

 

Option 3: NetSuite Free Resources

From your NetSuite account, simply click on support and you will have access to all NetSuite’s free training.
